TATTOO TICKET

IMPORTANT INFO BELOW—PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING:

Thanks so much for your interest in permanently adding my artwork to your body! That's amazing!

By purchasing a tattoo ticket, you will receive a written permission from myself to use 1 (ONE) of my designs for 1 (ONE) tattoo. This does not give you any rights to the image beyond that, nor does it give permission for use of multiple pieces.

Beyond the slip itself, if your artist needs a clearer/better image of the piece in order to properly reproduce it, please contact me & I will be happy to provide. You/Your artist may also contact me for any additional questions you may have, or clarifications needed.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Each ticket ($20) will provide you with one permission slip. This will be customized to your name, so please allow me some time following your purchase in order for me to do so. You will then receive your ticket through email, in PNG format, which you can then print & bring with you to your appointment.
• This ticket is non-transferable. If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, please make sure you say so & provide their name.
• If you want to use multiple designs, please contact me directly before purchasing & I'm sure we can work something out.

NOTE: This is exclusively digital & nothing will be mailed to you.

TERMS OF USE:

• As stated above, this slip provides consent for use of ONE image, for your personal use only. You & your tattoo artist may not repost or reproduce my artwork in any other form without express written permission.
• Of course you may post the finished tattoo itself, & I highly encourage it. Written credit/tagging me when doing so is immensely appreciated, as it allows for more people to find my work in the future. (& also I just wanna see how it turns out!)
• Purchasing the rights to a piece does not guarantee exclusivity—multiple people may purchase the rights to use the same piece you chose for their own tattoos, so please bear this in mind.
• I am not responsible nor can I be held liable for mistakes or injury that may occur when getting your tattoo. Your tattoo artist alone is responsible for maintaining a safe tattooing environment & for recreating the piece in an accurate manner.
